So I've done career agent missions, worked my way up to level 3 security missions, done distribution missions, improved my standings with Caldari State....
Let me ask you guys a question first off...what the heck is the point of doing a courier mission when millions are required in collateral and they only pay a couple hundred thousand? Why should I even waste my time with these lol. I ask this cause I figure I would try these types of objectives to see if it is interesting and nope...just boring.
The corp I am in got wardec'd by some guy looking for easy kills and that just meant we had to play possum cause none of us had a chance to take the dude out. Is pvp really so scarce that people literally have to wardec or pvp roam just to find some action?
I've been with players who can do security level 4 and make tons of isk off of these and yet I see no real point to these tedious and boring type of gameplay. I've tried to get into the pvp side a little bit but as a new player I get destroyed...
I don't know...I was hoping this game had more depth, but all it seems to have is timers attached to skills that take weeks/months/years to train for just so you can hopefully have some fun in this game. 
I read that some chick online decided to become a pirate and managed to go out and see several big battles...yeah I haven't seen anything at all like that lol. Every single way I look in this game something is going to take me a ton of time to do, or perhaps I just lack imagination. But bounty hunting is pointless as you only get 20% of the worth of the ship and yeah that stinks... Living in WH space isn't possible as I have no idea how to survive sleepers or the onslaught of those who make billions hunting others down.
Perhaps I just want pve content that guides me and I am too used to that... But where is the action in this game? |

We were told to dock up if you see them in the system. Don't try to give them easy kills as that will just make them keep the war going even more, so if we deny them kills they get bored and go away. The corp is filled with new and older players basically, but mostly new when we were wardec'd. We lost a few ships trying to fight the guy mostly 1 vs 1 and he owned us everytime and we never got 1 kill on him. |

but you just need to change what you are doing, and learn what else.. You could move to NPC null and play cat and mouse while you run missions or sites, you could join a WH group and learn what doing sleeper sites is all about
The action in the game is all pvp based tbh.. from the market to sov its all about gaining the advantage over others.
You just need to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
I think I read that doing missions in nullsec gives you more Isk and LP, but the Null I am next to is owned by the Goons, so no hope in hell for me there lol. In fact, I have to be able to enter nullsec somewhere that isn't bubbled to hell and back and get past their sovereign space apparently. So I guess I am saying I am confused about how to go about this other then me spending hours traveling around the universe looking for possible entry points and then every time I die from Null camps having to travel all the way back to where I left off. Sorry I am not the sharpest tool in the shed lol. |

Nope, they are the hi sec carebear pvpers that cannot handle real pvp. They are just as scared to go to low sec / null sec as any mission runner or miner. But.... they also are twisted in that they get more kicks from killing easy targets than real pvpers. There is tons to do. Your welcome to join me in low sec faction warfare. You can make decent isk in Faction warfare. There are tons of other options... feel free to contact me in game. o7 Sy
